We have now collated all the data received to audit bitcoin & litecoin transactions (deposits, withdrawals & trades), with which we do not agree.

Our preliminary findings indicate that we have a shortage for both bitcoin and litecoin and we are reviewing the trading & deposits/withdrawals history as well as cold & hot wallet transaction reports.

This process is taking longer than expected and we are drafting in additional accounting resources to assist with this task.

All other withdrawals are still being processed.

  2. We currently (12:00 18/03/2021) have 19 USDT withdrawals which have not yet been processed but all USDT withdrawals are expected to clear in the next 24hours
  3. We currently (12:00 18/03/2021) have 2 NEO transactions which are still to be processed once we switch to full manual processing

All other withdrawals have been processed

We have a manual backup solution in place to continue processing withdrawals as it appears likely the platform will be taken offline completely in the next 24hours in which case we will communicate the backup process via this page.

We understand your frustration and we are doing our best to communicate information as fast as possible, and we will endeavor to reply to each service desk ticket as quickly as possible but please understand that we are not able to increase resources to deal with queries but that ALL tickets will be responded to.

  1. We had a problem with some users not able to withdraw BCH which has now been solved, please create your BCH withdrawal asap (users who logged a ticket have been informed that they can now create BCH withdrawals)
  2. We currently (20:00 17/03/21) have 41 ZAR withdrawals pending which we will process at 2am (18/03/2021) as we have reached the daily limit on automated ZAR withdrawals
  3. We currently (20:00 17/03/21) have 10 USDT withdrawals which have not yet been processed and it is currently being dealt with
  4. We currently (20:00 17/03/21) have 2 NEO transactions which are still to be processed once we switch to full manual processing

All other withdrawals have been processed

  1. The email system is down and we have logged this with the platform administration team
  2. We have approved all withdrawals manually which did not require (admin) email confirmation
  3. We have secured and have control of all funds which were held with the payment processor
  4. We currently (00:55 17/03/21) have 17 transactions that have been approved by the admin team but have not been released by the payment processor which at this time we assume is related to the issue which caused the emails not being sent, but await an update from them.
  5. We currently (00:55 17/03/21) have 43 transactions that are awaiting admin approval which can not be processed due to the problem with emails not being sent.

We have a manual backup solution in place to continue processing withdrawals should the situation arise where we are not able to resume normal withdrawal operations. We will communicate this process through the course of the morning and aim to either have the platform withdrawals operational by 12pm or switch to the backup solution at 12pm

We are currently approving withdrawals for all currencies except bitcoin and litecoin as fast as possible and will continue to do so throughout the night until the backlog is cleared.

ZAR withdrawals are not processing any further at the moment as we have hit our daily transfer limit but will resume ZAR withdrawals at midnight when the limit resets.

We aim to provide more clarity with a further update by midday 17/03/2021 but will of course update you sooner if new information becomes available

Dear Trader,

It has come to our attention that there are discrepancies in the balances pertaining to Bitcoin and Litecoin we hold on the platform. After consultation and deliberation with our partner Merkeleon.com and their subsidiary Coinspaid.com, we have not been able to reach a satisfactory conclusion. On the advice of our legal & auditing team, we have suspended all Deposits & Trading. Furthermore, we have suspended BTC (bitcoin) and LTC (litecoin) withdrawals with immediate effect, pending the outcome of a full investigation and reconciliation. This is being done for the protection of all clients.

Currently, clients who hold any other currency (excluding Bitcoin & Litecoin) on the platform will be still able to withdraw their funds.

We urge you to do so as soon as possible.

Should the domain/email/service desk become unavailable as a result of 3rd party actions, we will engage via this page

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will update you with progress throughout.
